Who would be a good fit for this role? 


Ideally you will:

  • Have strong financial management skills and be familiar with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to effectively manage operational budgets, control expenses, and maximise our ability to return a surplus and reinvest in our mission.  Any experience of using Xero would be highly desirable.

  • Have experience of managing multiple projects and initiatives, 协调跨职能团队,在预算范围内按时交付项目.

What will be your responsibilities? 


Reporting to the Managing Director, your key responsibilities will be focussed on


People Management


  • 有人力资源管理经验,包括员工管理经验, hiring, termination, and disciplinary actions.

  • Setting clear performance expectations and goals for team members, 并定期进行绩效评估,以评估进展并提供建设性反馈.

  • Addressing any performance issues or development needs promptly and effectively.

Financial Management 


  • Budget setting, monitoring and management at both project and organisation level. 

  • Being able to interpret and use our actual and forecasted P&L & Balance Sheet for planning.

  • Translating financial forecasts/KPIs into operational targets and plans.

Operational Management

  • Ensuring that operational activities, events and projects are appropriately appraised, remain on time and within budget.

Commercial Strategy

What is on offer? 


The role offers a competitive salary (£60,000 - £70,000 DOE) plus:

Our team currently work Monday to Friday, 9am - 5:30pm and Friday 9am - 5pm, 但可能偶尔需要在清晨或晚上的活动中支持或代表全球最大的博彩平台数字.
